Executive
Our executive team is comprised of key decision makers from our parent company, Lab-Volt Systems, Inc., and Industrial Training Zone that drive the direction of our products and services. Our aim is to continue to provide the best online industrial training available today and in the future.
Operations and Customer Support
The operations and customer support team is dedicated to serving the needs of our customers. They work directly with the customers to ensure the correct use our products and to help them realize their training initiatives. This team includes members of our accounting, control, IT and customer service/support departments.
Product Development and Technical Support
Our product development team creates the products you use. They create everything from 3D animations, schematics, and learning labs to the tests and quizzes used in each of our courses. Leading subject-matter experts, design technicians, technical writers and IT personnel combine to create this team that builds our outstanding courses and learning management system. We continue to refine our course content and delivery methods so you receive the right content in the right context.
Marketing
Our marketing team drives the communication and sales efforts of our products and services. Working with the other departments at Industrial Training Zone, the marketing team makes sure you understand the products and services we offer.
Sales
The sales team is at the front lines of Industrial Training Zone’s efforts, extending our products and services to new and existing customers. Dedicated to serving each industry we are involved in, the sales team seeks new customers and contacts current customers to make certain their training needs are met.
