Create unlimited user groups: ToolBox™ allows you to create unlimited hierarchical structure, giving enterprise organizations the ability to create exclusive training groups with specific content and permission rights on a group or individual basis.

Add Your Training Material: The file management tool in ToolBox™ allows you to create and manage training materials for any type of web content and distribute it easily and effectively to multiple organizational units. This content can be SCORM (excluding SCORM calls), AICC, HTML, Flash, PowerPoint, MS Visio, PDF or any other type of plug-in supported content.

Customize Your Training Portal, Tests, Certifications and Courses*: ToolBox™ allows you to customize the look and feel of your training portal. After successfully completing a course, you can build a custom certificate of completion, which can be associated with ITZ content or custom course(s). Additional management functions include custom notifications, custom reports, more custom course management features, custom test-building tools and enhanced user privileges.

Create Reports and Track Training Progress: ToolBox™ gives you the power to create comprehensive reports of the who, what and when of your training initiatives.
